Creation of content for a web-based training of Allianz AG on the musculoskeletal system of the upper body. A linear, seamless animation leads through the topics of the e-learning. At defined points the animation stops and textual information, illustrations, interactive 3D models are faded in to teach content or the viewer’s level of knowledge is queried by means of a quiz.

The e-learning provides content on the general tasks and functioning of the skeleton, muscles and tendons. Visualization of the different types of muscles and teaching of anatomical terms of location.

Explanation of various diagnostic procedures such as ultrasound, X-ray examination, scintigraphy, bone scintigraphy, computed tomography, MRI, neutral zero method, Schuber’s signs, Painful Arc.

Further learning modules focused on anatomy and disorders/injuries of the hand, elbow and shoulder.

Content: 50 animation sequences, length approx. 25 minutes, 15 illustrations, 3 interactive webGL applications
