Medical 3D animation of the “Suprasorb A Pro” calcium alginate wound dressing. Visualization of the advantages of calcium alginate fibres reinforced with cellulose fibres: tear-resistant and stable wound dressing – making it easy to apply and remove. In addition, the cellulose ensures effective exudate management by removing bacteria and cell debris from the wound and binding them in the dressing. The dressing also releases calcium ions, which activates the coagulation factors in the wound and accelerates healing.
