Particularly in the case of graphic content for apps, it is almost impossible to make a general statement about time and costs without further information due to the enormous range of possibilities. Factors such as the content and scope of the project, the type of technical implementation (pre-calculated still images or real-time 3D model), technical specifications (development environment or engine used, processing of the graphics data) and the desired look play a major role here.
