Background
With pelvic floor dysfunction (pelvic floor prolapse or insufficiency) the muscles and connective tissue in the pelvic floor area lose their firmness and elasticity, which can lead to a lowering or displacement of internal organs such as the bladder, uterus, rectum or urethra.
Project description
Web3D applications illustrating two products for the treatment of pelvic organ prolapse on the client’s homepage. Visualization of the postoperative situation, i.e. the position of the inserted support meshes in the surrounding pelvic antomy. The models can be freely rotated and enlarged in order to optimally understand the structure of the meshes. By clicking on markers, information on the anchoring and the design of the mesh are shown.
