Definition of the part of the femoral head to be removed by means of a resection gauge – Preparation of the femur for the implant by means of a universal rasp, a form rasp and a Calcar cutter – Placement of a trial head on a form rasp – Insertion of the hip stem. Representation of the installed hip implant consisting of acetabular implant, femoral head, inlay and hip stem from several perspectives.
